Appointments and Coronavirus policy

Our current policy:

We are open and would love for you to visit us!  We have some policies in place to help keep us all safe as we take care of your jewelry needs. We are following recommendations for doing business from the CDC and DEED to do so. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

We are currently able to allow a limited number of customers in our showroom at one time. In accordance with Minnesota's statewide mandate, face masks are required upon entry.  When you enter our showroom, we ask that you please wait in a marked area for one of our associates to assist you.  This allows us to ensure that appropriate social distancing is maintained for the safety of our customers and employees.

In addition to face masks and social distancing, we have hand sanitizer available in our showroom.  We strongly encourage customers to use it upon entering and leaving.

At this time, appointments are recommended for custom design consultations. We are also able to speak with you remotely using various platforms.  You can visit our website and chat with us on your phone or computer. If you wish to video chat, just message us that you'd like to do so.  We will then send you a link to initiate a video chat session.  If you prefer email, please send us a message at studio@jayfjeweler.com.
